- 1 medium banana, ideally frozen (118g)
- 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (13g)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (31g)
- ⅔ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (150g)
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt (160g)
- ¾ cup frozen peach (100g)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve chilled. Optionally top with a few slices of peach or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
