- 2 large eggs (100g)
- ⅓ cup egg whites (92g)
- ½ cup flour (62.5g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (4.2g)
- ½ tsp baking powder (2.3g)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour onto a heated nonstick pan or griddle and cook like regular pancakes — a few minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm. Top with syrup or fruit if desired.
